Ultimate Goal: Remains the same, and I am still motivated to make it.
Gain/Loss this week: 2.2 lbs lost! 1/2 inch lost from waist! This was my best week yet!!
Total since starting: 3.5 inches gone from my waist!! 7.6 lbs gone!
Positives from this Week: I lost a lot of weight this week, which I was very excited about.
Something to do better: I have not had time to exercise at all, but I was keeping up my Ab/Squat Challenge until the past few days. I am hoping to start it back up tomorrow!
Goal for next week:I have been very stressed the past couple weeks, so I really need to work on finding ways to lessen the stress. I am planning for Wednesday evening to be a night without any work at all.
