Slim Down Saturday (On Monday) - February 22's information

Okay, so I am a bit behind in doing the post and linking up since it is Monday, but here it is.

Ultimate Goal: Remains the same, and I am still motivated to make it.
Gain/Loss this week:0.8 lbs lost! I was pleased with this!  Closer to 1 pound a week than I have been!
Total since starting: 3 inches gone from my waist!!  5.4 lbs gone!

Positives from this Week:  Last week was a milestone week.  I have been working on this healthier lifestyle for 55 days. It was great to see My Fitness Pal hit 50 and 55 days! I also made it halfway through my Abs and Squats challenge.  It is supposed to be a 30 day challenge, and I am a few days behind, but I haven't given up!!  I am very proud of myself on that.
Something to do better: Exercise is what I need to do better, but if I am completely honest, I know that it probably won't happen this week. I didn't make it my goal for the week, because I know it is going to be a busy week, and I will not be able to get full workouts in.  I will continue my 30+ (hehe) day challenge!

Goal for next week: I stress ate quite a bit the past couple weeks.  I get stressed at work and eat Skittles (that I have for my students), a chocolate bar at home (that a coworker gave me), and other little unhealthy snacks.  I must do better at only eating healthy snacks and just rewarding myself with chocolate and things every once in awhile.
One word: Effort is my word - This has become a lifestyle change for me, and it doesn't take as much effort anymore. It is just part of my life. When I am stressed though, I need to put forth the extra effort to destress in other ways. I became an Independent Thirty-One Consultant last week, and I am putting a lot of effort into getting that up and going, so effort is the key for me all around right now.
